Terms of use
Last updated 29 Oct 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Freaky Innovators Private Limited for the use of LazzyDr. You are asked to accept them, together with the privacy policy, before you start using the service, and again whenever they change. If you use LazzyDr for a clinic, you confirm you may accept these terms for that clinic.
1. Who can use LazzyDr
LazzyDr is for registered medical practitioners, clinics, nursing homes and their staff in India. Patients use the LazzyDr Patient app to see what their clinic shares with them.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time password sent to your mobile. Keep your phone secure and do not share codes.
- The clinic owner decides who joins the clinic and what each role can see.
- Tell us at support@drpanda.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Plans, trial, GST and payment
- Plans are module-wise, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page. 18% GST is added to the price.
- New clinics get a free trial. When it ends, paid modules stop until a plan is paid; your data stays.
- Adding or removing modules mid-period is prorated. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Plans renew for the same period unless you cancel before renewal. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
4. Clinical responsibility
LazzyDr is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Every clinical decision, prescription and message is the responsibility of the treating doctor and clinic.
Calculators, safety hints and AI outputs are suggestions only and are labelled as such. Always verify doses, interactions and suggestions before use.
You are responsible for following applicable laws and guidelines, including the National Medical Commission regulations, the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, drug schedule rules and record-keeping rules.
5. Patient data and consent
- The clinic owns its patient data and is responsible for collecting consent, including consent to receive WhatsApp or SMS messages and to use teleconsultation.
- Mark sensitive patients or visits as confidential so other staff and messages stay neutral.
- You may export your clinic's data while your account is active.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy and follows the DPDP Act, 2023.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use LazzyDr for unlawful purposes, spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Do not try to access another clinic's data, break security or overload the service.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.
7. Availability and offline use
We work to keep LazzyDr available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Some actions work offline and sync later; prescriptions and bills need internet. Keep printed or downloaded copies where your practice requires them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Freaky Innovators Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using LazzyDr at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. After an account ends, data is handled as the privacy policy describes.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India having jurisdiction over Freaky Innovators Private Limited's registered office will hear any dispute. Please write to support@drpanda.com first so we can try to resolve it.
