Service delivery policy

1. When you get access

• Your account is ready as soon as you verify your mobile number.
• Paid modules switch on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• If a module is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@lazzydr.com with your invoice number and we will switch it on.

2. Invoices

A GST invoice for every payment is available under Subscription in the app and can be downloaded at any time.

3. Where we serve

LazzyDr is offered to clinics and doctors in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
