Refund and cancellation policy

1. Free trial

New clinics start with a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not pay when the trial ends, paid modules stop and your data stays.

2. Cancelling your plan

• The clinic owner can cancel auto-pay or stop renewal at any time from Subscription in the app.
• After cancelling, your modules keep working until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again.
• To stop an auto-pay mandate from your bank or UPI app as well, cancel it there; we will not take any further payment once you cancel with us.

3. Adding or removing modules

When you change modules in the middle of a period, your new plan starts that day and the unused value of your current plan is taken off its price. The exact amount is shown on the subscription screen before you pay.

This adjustment is only ever used against the new plan. It is never paid out as money.

4. No refunds

LazzyDr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, so all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused days, unused modules, and periods in which the software was not used.

Please use the free trial to check that LazzyDr suits your clinic before you pay.

5. Payment errors

If the same invoice was charged twice because of a technical error, or money left your account but your plan was not activated, write to support@drpanda.com within 7 days with your clinic name, registered mobile number and payment reference. We will check with our payment partner Razorpay and reverse the extra or failed payment to the original payment method.
